Materials scrapped because it passed its allowable processing time. Finished goods cannot be sold because they are nearing or even passing their expiry while sitting in stock. Keeping track of inventory is not just about quantity. For some items, it is also about age. LOT Traceability Systems can keep track of your stock, which one to ship out first, and even alert you of stocks approaching expiry.

Our latest system is installed in a Tyre Manufacturer, used for monitoring and controlling Materials and Work in Process Products. By assigning unique Barcode Serial Numbers to Materials, the Customer can monitor and keep track of stock. The system is also integrated into their machinery, so that only materials that are scheduled to be processed can be processed. This makes sure that Materials on stock are always the newest ones, and those that are processed are always processed within their allowable time.
