RECIPE-BASED WEIGHING SYSTEM

We have installed our Recipe-Based Weighing System in several companies, in Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries. Differ by industry, but the principal is the same; how to automate the Material Weighing Process. No more errors due to miscalculation or careless weighing, since the system can communicate with the scale and therefore determines whether the amount of material being weighted is correct or not.

The latest system we installed is in a Pharmaceutical Company in Indonesia. The formula for material adjustments and recipe is coded in to the program, preventing unauthorized changes. Every time the Lab Technicians determine the change of a material amount, all she has to do is key it in to the system, and the system will automatically update itself.

By the time Weighing Operator needs to prepare Materials, the System will tell them what Material to weigh and how much. When weighing, all they have to do is follow the System's display to know whether they have too much, too little, or the right amount of Material.
